In this course, Alice shares her passion, experiences and knowledge in a frank and honest way to inspire professionals and aspiring professionals to acquire and build the skills necessary to feel comfortable and confident in their business relationships.

 

Many people are qualified technically or academically for the positions they hold, but have difficulties communicating, networking, managing their emotions, or understanding and accepting cultural and social differences.

 

The sessions are practical with real life scenarios that highlight situations which professionals are likely to deal with in their workplaces, and while representing their companies in social settings.

 

This course will have you considering appropriate conversation, body language, email and social media etiquette, dress codes for different occasions, guest behaviour at receptions and dinners and even the role of the host at such events, in addition to many other important details.

 

This is a ten (10) lesson course that may be completed as fast as participants would like to, or by doing one lesson per week. The first lesson is complimentary, and interested persons are invited to sign up for the full course.

 

The information you acquire from participating in this course will serve you well for life.
