In a very short breath – Clever ED is an open, digital, gamified (Game-like 😊) platform for teaching and learning anything in Grenada.

Clever ED is owned and operated by eLearning Kings, an eLearning Solutions company in Grenada, W.I.

Clever ED is open for educators in Grenada to publish any Academic, Professional and Personal development courses. From courses that are theory-driven to courses that require practical/simulations – we cater for these courses.

An educator can choose to offer a digital course certificate and determine when that certificate is issued (Example – Certificate issues on course completion or certificate issues after 80% completing the course) to the student. Upon unlocking the certificate, a PDF version of the certificate will be available to download free of cost.

Some instructors offer course support, in which a student can submit questions and receive answers in a timely manner. In the near future, instructors will offer premium support which will be available via subscription plans. If the student faces any technical issues with the platform, our support team will be available via our effective ticketing system. Our 2023 goal is to implement AI in our support channel.

Learners can provide feedback on the courses they have taken through surveys, written reviews, ratings and or direct communication with instructors.

Absolutely! The platform is built with a mobile-first approach to cater for the mobility of user experience. For the best experience, the platform should be accessed from any Phones and Tablets running Android xx, IOS xx for iPhones and IOS xx for iPads. Other devices outside of the mentioned should work fine since the platform was built using modern tools.

All courses are properly categorized by Subjects, Domains, Tracks and Levels. Upon browsing a course, a user will see who this course is targeted for. E.g. A Basic (Level) Professional (Domain) Information Technology (Subject) course for work (Track). Explore the courses tab to see the full category.

Logged out users can submit a question via the contact us page here while logged in users can view and create tickets via the tickets page found here.

Are you new to this platform and would like to see our courses? Visit the course page by clicking on the link (All Courses). Were you enrolled in a course on this platform? Sign in to access the course assigned to you by visiting the sign in page (Sign In). Or you can simply sign up for the platform by visiting the page (Sign Up).

As of March 2023, users can sign up for a free student account which will allow them to enroll in free courses, purchase individual paid courses and access courses manually assigned to them. In the near future subscription plans will be available for purchase, but the free student accounts will always be available.

All courses purchased will be available throughout the lifetime of the user account. If the account is deleted or removed from the account, then any future access to that course will be lost.

We acknowledge that Clever ED may not be a perfect fit for everyone. If you encounter an unresolved issue that renders the system unusable or are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are willing to consider providing a refund. However, please be aware that refunds are only available within seven days of the purchase date, and are not applicable for courses with completed course steps or discounted courses. Additionally, only one refund is permitted within a 365-day period. To request a refund, please contact us. It is important to note that the Refund Policy's terms are agreed to by purchasing any plans or courses.
